DJ, producer, emcee and radio personality for over 25 years, Alex Peace has left is DNA embedded to the growth of Electronic Music in Chicago and as much a part of the city’s illustrious house history as he is in reshaping its changing future. He has written & performed on one of the most recognizable and sampled acapellas, “Bringin’ The Funk” and is a pioneer of the Chicago hard house movement. Thru his work with legendary Chicago label Underground Construction. Alex not only created a number of defining hard house anthems including #1 single with Donna Blakely, “Take Me Up”.

Those days were the groundwork for what has become a vast catalog of solo and collaboration work with some of the most prestigious names in house music, Artists such as Bad Boy Bill, CZR, Hatiras and label appearances on Subliminal, Toolroom, Ministry Of Sound and Ultra.

While this multi-dimensionality has continually defined Alex, it’s what’s stayed the same that makes him a true original. He continues to sustain longevity by maintaining a consistent DJ schedule of over 100 gigs annually. running a new label, Tru Musica with partner Brian Boncher and developing a new underground artist profile known as Martin EZ.
